Step 1: Reconstitution

• 50 mg GHK-Cu vial + 3 mL BAC water

• Final concentration = 16.67 mg/mL

Step 2:

 8-Week Dosing Schedule (1 injection/week)

• A 50 mg vial lasts exactly 10 weeks at 5 mg/week
• Use insulin syringes (100 units = 1 mL)
• Store reconstituted vial in refrigerator (2–8 °C)
• Rotate injection sites weekly (abdomen, thigh, upper arm)

Peptide Injection & Aftercare Guide

Preparation:

• Reconstitute vial with 3 mL bacteriostatic water.
• Gently swirl (don’t shake) until dissolved.
• Store in the fridge (2–8°C) — never freeze.

Injection:

• Use a 1 mL insulin syringe (29–31G).
• Clean vial top and injection site with alcohol.
• Draw up your dose (e.g. 0.10–0.30 mL).
• Inject subcutaneously into the lower abdomen at a 45–90° angle.
• Dispose of syringe safely.

Aftercare:

• Apply gentle pressure, don’t rub the site.
• Rotate injection areas weekly.
• Mild redness or tenderness is normal.
• Stay hydrated and store vials correctly.
